The contract duration is 120 days with an earnest money requirement of 2% of the estimated cost. The procurement will be conducted under the Baluchistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014, with amendments up-to-date. Basic eligibility criteria include registration with tax authorities such as NTN, BRA, and Sales Tax Department where applicable, PEC registration for the current year in the relevant category, and registration with BPPRA.
