Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for an Annual Contract for Rent A Car Services to be provided at its offices located in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. This contract covers comprehensive transport services including monthly, daily, per trip, per hour, and per kilometer rental options with driving services included. The services are required within city limits for all three cities. Items being procured: - Annual Contract Rent a Car Services at PSO House Karachi: Monthly basis (6 months), Daily basis (40 days), Per Trip basis (30 trips), Per Hour basis (500 hours), Per Kilometer basis (12,000 km) - Rent a Car Services for Lahore and Islamabad: Daily basis (15 days), Per Trip basis Lahore (12 trips), Per Trip basis Islamabad (12 trips), Per Hour basis (200 hours), Per Kilometer basis (3,000 km) The contract requires provision of Toyota or Honda cars or equivalent models 2023 or newer, all air-conditioned and mechanically fit. Drivers must be experienced, medically and legally fit, and wear neat uniforms. The contractor must provide mobile phones to drivers and ensure all vehicle documents including insurance and taxes are maintained. Services are to be available every day including holidays with 12/7 backup support. Drivers must follow PSO's HSE policies strictly. Eligibility includes having valid driving licenses, minimum 5 years driving experience, and comprehensive insurance coverage for drivers. The contractor must submit insurance documents within 15 days of contract commencement. Payment will be made within 30 days of receipt of monthly bills supported by signed rental slips.
