The project involves construction of a commercial building comprising seven (07) floors on a 3.5 Kanal plot located on Defence Road, Lahore. Items being procured: - Construction of commercial building with seven floors on 3.5 Kanal plot The scope includes full turnkey construction works with materials provided by the contractor. The site is located in Lahore, requiring firms to have experience in multi-storey commercial building projects. Interested firms must demonstrate capability with details of ongoing and completed turnkey projects over the last five years, available machinery, tools, and materials for building construction, and details of engineers and supervisory staff. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration certificate, NTN, PRA, and FBR registration certificates, no-litigation certificate on stamp paper, and submission of all relevant supporting documents. The pre-qualification process requires submission of documents along with a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 50,000 in favor of PECHS Ltd. The complete application must reach the office of Pakistan Expatriates Cooperative Housing Society Lahore on or before the submission deadline of 25 July 2026.
