Tender Description
The Buildings Division Kasur invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors through the E-Procurement system for the fiscal year 2025-26. The pre-qualification is for contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council under specialization codes CE/03, CE/10, EE/04, EE/05, ME/02, and ME/03 for Group-1 and Group-2, with experience in executing similar public sector works.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Admin Block, Academic Block-1, Library Block, Boundary Wall, 1 Nos O.H.R (30,000-Gin), 1 No O.H.R (20,000-Gin), 20,000-Gallon underground water storage tank for fire fighting (Group-1)
- Construction of Academic Block-2, Cafeteria, Medical Centre, Student Service Centre, Students Hostel (Male), Students Hostel (Female), Masjid Block, Residences (BS 18-19), Residence (Grade 20 and above) VC Residence, Residence (Grade 20 above) Registrar Residence, Residence (BS 11-14) Multistory flats (Group-2)
The scope includes construction of multiple academic and residential blocks, boundary walls, water storage tanks, and fire fighting facilities at Mian Nawaz Sharif Engineering and Technology University, Kasur. Contractors must demonstrate relevant experience and PEC registration as per the specified codes.
Interested firms must download the RFP/pre-qualification documents from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and submit their documents online via the E-Procurement system by 19-10-2026 at 01:00 PM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM.
A valid FBR/ATL registration and earnest money in the form of CDR or Pay Order may be required as per the detailed tender documents. Only pre-qualified firms will be invited to participate in the tendering process.
