Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Construction of Digital Enforcement Station in Sindh

National Logistics Corporation (NLC) invites well reputed contractors registered with Income Tax and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the required category to pre-qualify for the construction of Digital Enforcement Station (DES) at various locations across Sindh. Interested contractors or parties can submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) including Company Profile/Brochure, pre-qualification and experience certificates from government and private entities, details of technical staff, proof and details of similar ongoing and completed works, an affidavit certifying the firm has never been blacklisted by government, autonomous or private bodies, income tax and valid NTN certificates, clearance certificates for the last three years, and any additional information that may assist in the pre-qualification process. Items being procured: - Construction of Digital Enforcement Station (DES) at different locations in Sindh The scope involves civil construction works for the DES facilities at multiple sites within Sindh province. The pre-qualified contractors will be notified for submission of financial bids after evaluation of the pre-qualification documents. Contractors must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and have valid FBR/ATL registration. Experience in similar construction projects and submission of earnest money or bid security as per PPRA rules is expected. The deadline for submission of pre-qualification documents is 1100 hours on 02 November 2026. Documents should be submitted to the Senior Manager Contracts, Headquarter Project Directorate Sindh NLC, Near US Embassy, New Haji Camp Road, Sultanabad, Karachi.
