Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Construction of Digital Enforcement Station (DES) in Sindh

National Logistics Corporation (NLC) invites well reputed contractors registered with Income Tax and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for pre-qualification to undertake construction of Digital Enforcement Stations (DES) at various locations across Sindh province. This pre-qualification process aims to shortlist capable contractors who have proven experience and technical capacity to execute such infrastructure projects. Items being procured: - Construction of Digital Enforcement Stations (DES) at multiple locations in Sindh The scope includes civil construction works for DES facilities, requiring contractors to demonstrate relevant PEC category registration and compliance with government standards. Interested firms must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) including company profile, pre-qualification and experience certificates from government and private entities, details of technical staff, proof of similar ongoing and completed works, an affidavit confirming no blacklisting by any government or private body, valid NTN and income tax clearance certificates for the last three years, and any other supporting documents that may assist in evaluation. The pre-qualification documents must be submitted to the Senior Manager Contracts, Headquarter Project Directorate Sindh, National Logistics Corporation (NLC), Near US Embassy, New Haji Camp Road, Sultanabad, Karachi. Only pre-qualified contractors will be invited to submit financial bids. NLC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule-45 of PPRA Rules – 2026. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected. The submission deadline is **02 November 2026 at 1100 hours**. Bidders are advised to ensure all documents are complete and submitted timely to avoid disqualification.
