Pre-Qualification of Event Management Firms Under a Framework Contract

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture & Tourism Authority (KPCTA) invites experienced and reputable event management firms to pre-qualify under a framework contract. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, 2014. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 17th September 2026 at 11:00 AM in the conference hall of KPCTA. Each bidder must submit an affidavit on stamp paper, attested by a notary public, affirming the correctness of the information provided. Eligibility includes experience in event management, registration with FBR/ATL, and compliance with KPPRA rules.
