Hiring of Firm/Firms for Provision of Venue and Catering Services for Collective Marriage Ceremonies at Sahiwal

Social Welfare & Bait Ul Maal Department Sahiwal invites electronic bids on Punjab e-Procurement system (eP) for hiring of firm/firms for provision of services of venue and catering and related services for collective marriage ceremonies at Sahiwal on Framework Contract for Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Venue and Catering services for 500 marriages (11000 persons) The contract covers comprehensive venue and catering services for collective marriage ceremonies including provision of suitable venues, catering arrangements, and related services to accommodate approximately 11,000 persons across 500 marriages. Bidders must be firms or companies registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Eligibility requires registration with relevant authorities and tax departments. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the total estimated cost amounting to Rs. 704,000 electronically via Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage – Two Envelopes rule as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bids must be submitted online at Punjab e-Procurement system (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 25th September 2026 at 1:00 PM. Bid opening will be held the same day at 1:30 PM.
