Pre-Qualification for Provision of Fireworks Services for the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) from September 2026 to August 2029

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites well-reputed experienced and professional entities registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are Active Taxpayers to submit proposals in sealed envelope at the address clearly marked for the PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR PROVISION OF FIREWORKS SERVICES FOR THE PAKISTAN CRICKET BOARD (PCB) FROM SEPTEMBER 2026 TO AUGUST 2029 as defined in the pre-qualification document (PQD). Pre-qualification Document (PQD) containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions can be obtained through email from the undersigned. The proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, in hard copy, to the undersigned at the address provided below. The envelope must clearly be marked as PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR PROVISION OF FIREWORKS SERVICES FOR THE PAKISTAN CRICKET BOARD (PCB) FROM SEPTEMBER 2026 TO AUGUST 2029. The proposals, prepared in accordance with the instructions laid down in the PQD, must be submitted in hard format and as well as through email by or before 12.00 PM, on 24th September 2026. The same proposals will be opened the same day on 12:30 PM. In term of Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been constituted for subject procurement. In case of Grievance, the aggrieved party may submit the grievance to the undersigned in hard format and/or through email. Items being procured: - Provision of Fireworks Services for PCB events from September 2026 to August 2029 This pre-qualification is for professional fireworks display services at PCB events in Lahore. Interested bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be active taxpayers. The scope includes supply, setup, and execution of fireworks displays as per PCB event schedules. Eligibility requires valid registration, relevant experience, and compliance with tax regulations. Earnest Money and other bid securities may be detailed in the PQD. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked and also emailed to procurement@pcb.com.pk by the deadline. Late submissions will not be entertained.
