Pre-Qualification of Firms/Contractors for Provision of Facilities, Furniture and Bazar Supply Items in Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore and Turbat

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for various provision works and supplies across multiple cities including Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, and Turbat. Applicants must provide a comprehensive company profile including details of similar works completed in the last five years, list of enrolled manpower with valid PEC numbers, details of tools, plants and machinery, bank statements for the last two years, and valid NTN, FBR, PEC, and MES registration certificates. Firms not registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council or those who do not renew their registration by 30th June 2027 will not be considered. Prequalified firms will be issued tender documents upon depositing a bid security equal to 2% of the quoted bid cost in favor of DW&CE (Navy) Islamabad.
