Tender Description
The Pakistan Navy Military Engineer Services invites applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for the provision of certain facilities and furniture at multiple locations including Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, and Turbat. The tender is issued by the HQ DW&CE (Navy), Sector E-8, Naval Complex, Islamabad. Items being procured:

- Provision of Furniture at Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore & Turbat
The scope includes supply and installation of facilities and furniture at the specified locations. Firms must provide a company profile including details of previous work, certifications, and registrations such as NTN, FBR, PEC, and MES Registration Certificate. Only firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and Engineering Council with valid PEC numbers and registration renewed up to 30th June 2027 will be considered. Prequalified firms must deposit a bid security equal to 2% of the quoted bid cost in favor of DW&CE (Navy) Islamabad. The tender documents will be issued only to prequalified firms.
Applications must be submitted to HQ DW&CE (Navy), Sector E8, Naval Complex, Islamabad by 1130 hours on 15 September 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 1200 hours. The evaluation will be based on criteria formulated by HQ DW&CE (Navy) and the lowest evaluated responsive bid will be accepted. The accepting officer reserves the right to reject any or all applications.
