Pre-qualification of Firms/Workshop for Repair and Maintenance of Machinery, Equipment, Furniture, Hardware, Building Structure, and IT Equipment

The Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination (IPC) Islamabad Capital Territory invites eligible firms and workshops to pre-qualify for repair and maintenance services covering a broad range of items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of Machinery & Equipment - Furniture & Fixture - Hardware - Building Structure - Computer Hardware/Software - IT Equipment - Other Miscellaneous and related services The scope includes pre-qualification of workshops for official vehicle repair and maintenance, as well as firms/vendors for petty purchase and repair/services of the above items. The services are to be provided at the Ministry's office located at 2nd Floor Kohsar Block Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. Bidders must be registered with relevant statutory bodies such as FBR, Registrar of Firms, and SECP as applicable. They must provide documentary evidence including NTN, GST certificates, Active Taxpayer List, financial statements, experience certificates, and non-blacklisting declarations. The workshop must have a complete setup with spare parts and technical expertise preferably in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The bid security of PKR 50,000 is required in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM on EPADS.
