Tender Description
The National Highways & Motorways Police (NHMP) West Zone (Zonal Office) invites pre-qualification applications for a Framework Agreement for the supply and services of MT official vehicles and automobile workshops of official vehicles for the NHMP West Zone for FY 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29. This Framework Agreement is intended to provide on-demand supply of pre-qualified firms for supply and services and automobile workshops of official vehicles. The pre-qualification process is open to all national applicants who meet eligibility criteria specified in the Prequalification Documents. Interested applicants may download the documents from the NHMP website or EPADS portal. Applications must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 26, 2026, 11:30 AM, with manual submission not entertained. The successful bidders will enter into a Framework Agreement for 36 months starting Monday, November 30, 2026.
