Pre-Qualification for Open Framework Agreement for Repair & Maintenance Services of Office Furniture, Fixtures, Machinery, Hardware and IT Equipment

The Directorate of Post Clearance & Internal Audit (North), Islamabad invites pre-qualification applications for an Open Framework Agreement for the repair and maintenance services of office furniture, fixtures, machinery, hardware, and IT equipment. This framework agreement will enable on-demand supply of these services through subsequent Call-Off Contracts during the agreement period. Items being procured: - Repair & Maintenance Services of Office Furniture & Fixtures - Repair & Maintenance Services of Machinery - Repair & Maintenance Services of Hardware - Repair & Maintenance Services of IT Equipment The purpose of this pre-qualification notice is to provide basic information to potential applicants to decide whether to respond. Only pre-qualified applicants will be entitled to participate in the subsequent procurement proceedings. The agreement is expected to be signed with successful bidders for a period of one year. Applicants must fulfill eligibility requirements and submit supporting documents as specified in the pre-qualification documents. These documents can be accessed through the EPADS v2.0 portal during office hours. Applications must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, 23 October 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened electronically the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 are advised to complete their registration at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Guidance regarding registration and bid submission is available on the portal.
