Pre-Qualification for General Contractor for Construction and Infrastructure Works at Center of Excellence for Nursing Education & Mid-Wifery, Nawaz Sharif Medical District, Lahore

Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites prequalification proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) from eligible applicants for construction and infrastructure development works at the Center of Excellence for Nursing Education & Mid-Wifery, Nawaz Sharif Medical District, Lahore. The scope includes construction of buildings and infrastructure development covering Civil, Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical & Fire Fighting works, and External Development Works. Execution requires deployment of all necessary materials, labor, formwork, tools, and machinery. Items being procured: - Civil works - Architectural works - Plumbing works - Electrical works - Mechanical works - Fire Fighting works - External Development Works Applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible. The estimated cost is approximately **PKR 9,600 Million** covering an area of approximately 359,077 Sq.ft. Required PEC category is C-A. Prequalification proposals must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before **08th September, 2026** by **03:00 PM**. Proposals will be opened the same day at **03:30 PM**. Proposals submitted by any other mode will not be considered. If the last submission date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered. Bidders should ensure compliance with PEC category C-A and registration on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Earnest Money and other bid security requirements will be detailed in the PQ document.
