Pre-Qualification for General Service Tuning and Overhauling Engine Accessories at Airports Security Force Karachi

The Airports Security Force (ASF) Karachi invites applications for pre-qualification leading to a closed framework agreement for comprehensive vehicle maintenance and repair services at its Karachi base. Items being procured: - General Service Tuning (Complete) - Tuning Work - Engine Overhauling / Lath Work (if needed) - Suspension Work - Denting and Painting with Material (if needed) - Repair of Kamani - Shocks Repair & Services - All Wheel Repair (Greasing, Brake Services, Drum Scans & Wheel Alignments etc.) - Seats Cushioning with Material (if needed) - Radiator Service - Puncture Works - Welding Works - Auto Electric Work (Self-Repair, Generator Repair and all Wiring etc.) - A/C Services including Gas Filling - Purchase/Replacement of Overhauling Engine Accessories (if needed) including Water Bodies, Radiators, Brake Shoes & Pads, Wheel Drums, Rims, Wheel Studs, Hydraulic Pump, Ti Rods, Balancing Rods, Brake Master Cylinders, Clutch Master Cylinders, Clutch Plate & Pressure Plate, Fans and Belts, Self (if needed), Tyres, Tubes & Flaps, Filters (Oil, Diesel, Petrol, Air, A/C), Batteries and Accessories (Daewoo / AGS / Exide & Osaka), Cables & Assemblies, Kamani Patta & Accessories (Bush, Pins, Nipple, Ghola, Center Bolt, Rakab & Grease etc.), Auto Spare Parts (Generator, Wiper Motor, Plugs, Bulbs, Fuses, HD Leads, Ignition Coil, Wiring, Relays, Switches and lights etc.) The scope covers full vehicle tuning, engine overhauling, suspension, painting, electrical repairs, and replacement of various engine and vehicle parts as listed. The work will be conducted at ASF Garrison JIAP Karachi. Applicants must be registered with PEC if applicable, hold valid NTN and GST registrations, and be on the FBR Active Taxpayer List.
