Tender Description
The Collectorate of Customs (Airports) Islamabad invites interested service providers and workshops for prequalification to carry out repair work of vehicles of various makes and models including Toyota and Honda. The scope includes repair, mechanical and suspension work, engine oil change, wheel alignment/balancing, electric work, and purchase of tyres and other spare parts.
Items being procured:
- Repair and maintenance of vehicles
- Overhauling of engines
- Denting and painting
- Handling of software/electronic technology of vehicles

The workshop must have capabilities in various types of repair and maintenance, relevant past experience, sufficient parking and inspection area, availability of spare parts, and GST/NTN registration. No blacklisted firms or those with judicial cases involving a power of Rs 10 million or more are eligible. The workshop will return old/faulty parts in case of replacement and will be responsible for free replacement during warranty period if the same fault arises.
Bids must be submitted with a pay order of Rs. 200,000 in the name of Deputy Collector (HQ) Collectorate of Customs Airports Islamabad as call deposit/pay order. The technical committee will conduct physical visits of all service providers/workshops before prequalification.
Interested bidders with valid NTN/STRN may submit technical bids on firm's letterhead in sealed envelopes by hand on or before 30-09-2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM. Applications must also be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement (ePADs) system. This tender notice is also available on PPRA and FBR websites.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required documents including valid NTN/STRN and pay order are complete and properly attached to avoid disqualification during technical evaluation.
