Repair and Maintenance of Official Vehicles

The Office of the Special Education Complex Skardu invites sealed tenders from reputable, registered, and experienced firms or workshops for the repair, servicing, and maintenance of official vehicles for the Fiscal Year 2026-27. This procurement is specific to Skardu in Gilgit-Baltistan and aims to ensure the operational efficiency of the department's vehicle fleet. Items being procured: - Mechanical repair, servicing & overhauling of vehicles (engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical, AC, etc.) - Body denting & painting works - Supply & fitting of spare parts, tyres, batteries, and lubricants - Total quantity: 5 vehicles The scope covers comprehensive mechanical and electrical repairs, bodywork, and supply of essential spare parts and consumables. Eligible firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities (NTN/GST) and possess valid business licenses along with adequate experience in vehicle repair and maintenance. Tender documents including detailed terms, conditions, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) can be obtained from the Procurement Officer/Focal Person at the Special Education Complex Skardu upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 4000 per set. Bids must be accompanied by a Call Deposit, Bank Draft, or Pay Order as Bid Security equal to 10% of the total quoted amount in favor of the Office of the Special Education Complex Skardu. Sealed bids clearly marked 'Tender for Repair & Maintenance of Vehicles' must reach the office on or before 26 September 2026 by 12:00 noon. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
