Pre-Qualification for Heritage Conservation and Urban Revitalization of The Walled City of Rawalpindi (Package-II)

The Directorate General of Archaeology, Government of the Punjab, through its Project Management Unit, invites pre-qualification proposals from well reputed and experienced contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-A with specialization codes BC-01, BC-02, CE-10, CE-01, and EE-06. The project involves Heritage Conservation and Urban Revitalization of The Walled City of Rawalpindi (Package-II). Items being procured: - Heritage Conservation and Urban Revitalization works for The Walled City of Rawalpindi (Package-II) The scope includes comprehensive conservation and urban revitalization activities in Rawalpindi's historic walled city area. Contractors must have relevant PEC registration and proven experience in similar heritage and urban infrastructure projects. The estimated cost of the project is approximately Rs. 3500 million. Bidders must submit their pre-qualification proposals via the E-Procurement Portal of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. The bid submission deadline is 22nd October 2026 at 2:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 2:30 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 14th October 2026 at the Committee Room of the Office of the Project Management Unit, Directorate General of Archaeology, Punjab. All interested applicants are required to register on EPADS to be eligible for participation.
