Punjab Govt Employees Cooperative Housing Society Ltd, Lahore, invites sealed proposals for a joint venture from reputable experienced firms, builders, and developers for the construction and development of multistory commercial and residential buildings, apartments, and other suitable commercial projects on the following commercial sites: - 02 sites in Block/D Phase-II: 04-Kanal 16-Marla and 05-Kanal 15-Marla - 01 site in Block/E Phase-II: 02-Kanal 04-Marla - 01 site in Block B-1 Phase-I: 02-Kanal Interested parties shall submit detailed project proposals along with a comprehensive feasibility report. Each proposal must be accompanied by a refundable security deposit of Rs.5,00,000 (Rupees five hundred thousand only) for each site/proposal in the shape of CDR/DD. Proposals must be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement. Firms must be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and possess Income Tax and Sales Tax registration. Interested firms shall provide a complete company profile including details of assets, financial standing, and technical capabilities. Documentary evidence of relevant experience and completion of similar projects must be attached. The society may invite shortlisted firms for presentation and negotiations if required.
