The Punjab Highway Patrol Bahawalpur Region invites E-Bids for the Purchase/Provision of Miscellaneous Items/Services in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders, including firms, companies, suppliers, or contractors engaged in trading, must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments/Authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax, etc.). The bidding process will be conducted through open competitive bidding for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Purchase of Goods - Repair Services of Miscellaneous Items - Repair of Other/Residential Buildings E-Bids will be opened on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM in accordance with Rule 30(1) of Punjab Procurement Rules-2014. The bidding documents, including all terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications, can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab e-Procurement System website (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) before the closing date and time. Bidding documents must also be available immediately after the date of publication, free of cost. The submission must be in complete conformity with the bidding document and should be made online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bidding process includes a Single Stage Two Envelope process with Technical and Financial components. Earnest Money of 2% of the estimated cost is required as Bid Security. The bidders must be registered with FBR and Punjab Highway Patrol (PHP) Bahawalpur Region. The E-Bid validity will extend until June 30, 2027. The bidders are advised to submit their bids timely and ensure all required documents, including samples and bid security, are attached. Late or incomplete bids will not be accepted. The Punjab Highway Patrol reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
