Pre-Qualification for Hiring of Audit Firms for NAVTTC Programs

Firms will verify payment releases, reconcile financial records, validate trainee data, conduct physical verification visits to at least 10% of assigned TSPs, and prepare detailed reports for each institute. The engagement requires firms to have a minimum of 15 years in service business, ICAP registration, and meet detailed qualification criteria including financial capacity and staffing. Applications must be submitted through the EPADS v2.0 portal by August 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical evaluation will be based on quality-based selection with a passing mark of 70%.
