Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for various miscellaneous works and supply at MRF Kamra. This tender is specifically for contractors enlisted with MES in category 'E' and above, registered with PEC, or those who can provide proof of registration and financial standing. The works involve multiple technical areas within domestic and technical zones at MRF Kamra.

The scope covers a range of civil, electrical, mechanical, water supply, and gas-related works and supply within the MRF Kamra facility. Contractors not on the MES approved list must submit detailed documentation including financial certificates, staff details, tools and plants, and previous experience attested by a class-I Gazetted Officer. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited by contractors not on the approved list, refundable if not prequalified.
Tender documents will be delivered to qualified contractors later. Completed tenders must reach the office of GE (DP) MRF PAC Kamra by 1130 hrs on the prescribed date and will be opened at 1200 hrs. Details of the work can be obtained from the concerned executive office on any working day.
Bidders should ensure all required documentation and earnest money are submitted timely to avoid disqualification.
