Pre-Qualification for Establishment of Nature Enclave (Preserving the Balance of Nature) in Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites prequalification proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) from eligible applicants for the subject procurement in Lahore. This procurement concerns the establishment of a Nature Enclave aimed at preserving the balance of nature. Items being procured: - Construction of buildings and infrastructure development - Civil works - Architectural works - Plumbing works - Electrical works - Mechanical works - Fire Fighting works - External Development Works - Deployment of all necessary Material, Labor(s), Formwork, Tools & Machinery The scope includes comprehensive construction and infrastructure development involving multiple disciplines such as civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire fighting works along with external development. The covered area is approximately 153,761 square feet. The estimated cost is approximately **PKR 4,311 Million**. The required PEC category for bidders is C-A. All interested applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible for participation. The PQ Document and detailed requirements are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. The response time is calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA website. Prequalification proposals must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before **13th November, 2026, no later than 11:00 AM**. Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Proposals submitted by any other means than the Punjab e-Procurement System will not be considered. If the last submission date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening. Bidders should ensure compliance with PEC category requirements and maintain valid FBR/ATL registration. Earnest Money or Bid Security requirements should be checked in the PQ documents.
