Tender Description
Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites prequalification proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) from eligible applicants for the establishment of Nature Enclave in Lahore, aimed at preserving the balance of nature.
Items being procured:
- Construction of buildings
- Infrastructure development including Civil, Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical & Fire Fighting works
- External Development Works
- Deployment of all necessary Material, Labor(s), Formwork, Tools & Machinery
The scope covers comprehensive construction and infrastructure development works involving multiple disciplines such as civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire fighting systems along with external development. The project area covers approximately 153,761 square feet.
Eligible contractors must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to participate. The required PEC category is C-A. Applicants must comply with PPRA Rules 2014 (amended up to date). Prequalification documents and detailed requirements are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal at ep.punjab.gov.pk and PPRA website http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. The response time is calculated from the date of advertisement publication on the PPRA website.
The PQ Proposal must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 13th November 2026, no later than 11:00 AM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Proposals submitted by any other mode will not be considered. If the last submission date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
