Pre-Qualification of Professional Evaluators for EPZA Properties in Karachi

Export Processing Zones Authority (EPZA) invites professional evaluators to pre-qualify for assessing EPZA properties located in Karachi Export Processing Zone. This opportunity is open to professional evaluators registered with the State Bank of Pakistan. The evaluation covers all types of assets including land, buildings, plant, and machinery. Items being procured: - Evaluation services for land - Evaluation services for buildings - Evaluation services for plant and machinery Interested firms must submit technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes clearly marked as technical and financial, both sealed in one envelope. The technical proposal should include company name, mailing address, email, telephone numbers, company profile, staff qualifications, type of company, partnership deed/articles of association, SECP registration, power of attorney if any, list of completed projects with certificates, State Bank of Pakistan registration as professional evaluators, affidavit regarding litigation status, and NTN/sales tax certificates. Proposals must be uploaded on or before 09-11-2026 at 11:30 am on the EPADS portal. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:00 noon in the presence of committee members and bidders. Financial proposals will be opened later with date communicated accordingly. The top ranked evaluators will be selected based on lowest rates. Eligibility requires registration with State Bank of Pakistan and relevant professional credentials. Firms must comply with PPRA rules.
