Pre-Qualification for Provision of Tentage Service for Pakistan Cricket Board from October 2026 to July 2028

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites well-reputed, experienced, and professional entities registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed as Active Taxpayers to submit proposals for pre-qualification for the provision of tentage services from October 2026 to July 2028. This pre-qualification aims to enhance the pool of qualified parties capable of delivering high-quality tentage services across various cities and venues as defined in the pre-qualification document (PQD). Items being procured: - Provision of Tentage Service for multiple cities/venues from October 2026 to July 2028 The scope includes supplying, installing, and maintaining tentage facilities suitable for cricket events organized by PCB. Interested parties must obtain the detailed PQD, which contains requirements, terms, and conditions, by contacting the procurement department via email. Proposals must be prepared in accordance with the PQD instructions and submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked for this pre-qualification. Both hard copy and email submissions are accepted. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR, active taxpayer status, and relevant experience in tentage services. Earnest money or bid security requirements, if any, will be detailed in the PQD. The submission deadline is 11:00 AM on 26th August 2026, with proposal opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Proposals should be delivered to the Procurement Department at Pakistan Cricket Board, Gaddafi Stadium, Ferozpur Road, Lahore. For grievances, a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is constituted, and complaints can be submitted in hard copy or via email.
