Pre-qualification of Contractors/Companies for Renovation Works at NADRA Regional Head Office Peshawar

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office in Peshawar is inviting pre-qualification applications from qualified contractors and companies for renovation and establishment works across various NADRA operational and project offices within the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region. This pre-qualification is for the purpose of signing open framework agreements for on-demand execution of renovation works at NADRA offices in Peshawar and its 37 districts. Items being procured include: - Solid wooden doors - Semi solid/UPVC/WPVC/Engineered doors - Workstations/Data Entry stations with various laminated tops - Cabinets and pigeon holes - Wooden partitions with frames and finishes - Vertical oval-shaped powder coated MS pipe frames - Panaflex, directional boards, branding, frost paper, PVC wall paneling - Aluminium doors and sliding windows with glass and GI mesh - Fiber glass shades and steel/CGI sheet shades - Window grills, queue railings, MS sheet doors - Repairs and installation of fiber sheets and frames - Acrylic sheets, queue railing steel stand poles, wooden/metal/glass doors - Cement plaster, chip plaster, dressing and leveling - Marble and ceramic tiles of various sizes - Paint work, distemper, gypsum boards - Water tanks and supply pipes - Washrooms and accessories - Glass repair and replacement - Electrical points, lights, switches, circuit breakers, cables - Surge protection devices, voltage controllers, power panels - Earthing and automatic/manual changeover switches - UPS installation and removal - AC installation and accessories - Network points, racks, cables, patch panels - Electrical earthing and related works The scope covers a wide range of civil, electrical, and finishing works to maintain and upgrade NADRA offices. Eligible applicants must be registered with PEC, have valid NTN/STN, FBR active taxpayer status, and demonstrate relevant experience and financial capacity. The pre-qualification process is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal.
