Pre-qualification for Repair and Maintenance of Vehicles, Machinery, Furniture and Hardware

Islamabad College of Commerce for Girls, F-10/3 Islamabad, invites bids through online submission from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, reputed stationers, and General Order Suppliers registered with income and sales tax departments and active tax payers list (ATL) of FBR. The procurement is for supply and repair/maintenance of official vehicles and other items under PPRA rules 2004 amended from time to time. Items being procured: - Repair/maintenance pre-qualification for official student vehicles including 03 buses (Hino & Isuzu), 01 Toyota Hiace, 01 Honda motorcycle - Repair/maintenance pre-qualification for machinery and equipment - Repair/maintenance pre-qualification for furniture and fixture - Repair/maintenance pre-qualification for hardware The scope covers repair and maintenance services for official vehicles, machinery, furniture, and hardware at the college premises. Bidders must have offices/stocks in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and comply with all tax and registration requirements. Bid security against each item must be submitted in original to the office of the undersigned by 21-09-2026 before tender opening. Tender/pre-qualification bids will be opened on 21-09-2026 at 11:30 am in the presence of firms' representatives. Tender documents with detailed terms and conditions are attached to the notice. The PQ/tender committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules 2004. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission of original bid security and attend the bid opening session. Online submission is required, so ensure all digital documents are complete and compliant to avoid disqualification.
