Pre-qualification for Repair and Maintenance of Machinery, Furniture and Hardware

The Islamabad College for Girls, I-10/4 Islamabad, invites bids through online submission from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, reputed stationers, and General Order Suppliers registered with income and sales tax departments and active on the FBR ATL list. The procurement is for supply and repair/maintenance of official vehicles and various items under PPRA rules 2004. Items being procured: - Pre-qualification of firms/workshops for repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment - Pre-qualification of firms/workshops for repair and maintenance of furniture and fixtures - Pre-qualification of firms/workshops for repair and maintenance of hardware The scope includes repair and maintenance services for official machinery, furniture, and hardware at Islamabad College for Girls and related offices/stocks in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Bidders must be registered with PEC if applicable, have valid FBR registration, and submit earnest money (Bid Security) in original by the deadline. Tender/Pre-Qualification bids will be opened on 23-09-2026 at 10:30 am in the presence of bidders' representatives at the office of the undersigned. The committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules 2004. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids and ensure timely submission.
