Pre-Qualification of Firms/Contractors for Repair, Fire Hydrants Provision and Hospital Construction by Military Engineer Services

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications from firms and contractors for pre-qualification and issuance of tenders for important works in Islamabad and other locations. The pre-qualification is for firms enlisted with MES in category 'A' & 'B' or other government departments with relevant experience. Items being procured: - Repair / Replacement of Old Damaged Water Supply Line at Mauirpur - Provision of Fire Hydrants at Gwadar - Construction of Central Sterilization and Storage Department at New 500 Bed Hospital Islamabad The scope includes repair and replacement of water supply infrastructure, installation of fire hydrants for safety at Gwadar, and construction of a specialized hospital department in Islamabad. Firms must provide detailed documentation including experience certificates, PEC registration, NTN, FBR, bank statements, and performance reports. Only firms with valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration renewed up to 30th June 2027 will be considered. Pre-qualified firms will deposit a bid security equal to 2% of quoted bid price in favor of DW&CE (Navy) Islamabad. Tenders must be submitted to HQ DW&CE (Navy), Sector E-8, Naval Complex, Islamabad by 1130 hours on 20 October 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial documents as incomplete applications will not be entertained. Ensuring timely submission and compliance with all requirements will improve chances of qualification.
