Fabrication and Calibration of 300 Ltrs Diesel Fuel Tank at SBP BSC Sukkur

The Banking Services Corporation, Sukkur (SBP Banking Services Corporation (BSC)) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the fabrication and calibration of a 300 liters diesel fuel tank at SBP BSC (Bank) Sukkur. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Fabrication and installation of Diesel tank of Capacity (Gross) -330 Liters (0.33 m³) with foundation made of MS angle frame elevated 4 ft above ground with concrete pads and braces for stability - Pumping & Piping with Self priming Centrifugal/Gear pump/Rotating Vane Pump with Asynchronous motor, single-phase, closed type, self-ventilating (2 Sets) - Calibration of diesel fuel tank as per API MPMS Chapter 2.2A – Manual Tank Calibration (Rectangular) through third party testing firm such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, TUV etc. The scope includes fabrication of a mild steel rectangular tank with diesel-resistant epoxy internal coating and enamel paint external coating, installation of pumps and piping with valves and strainers, and precise calibration with certification. All works must comply with API and NFPA 30 standards and HSEQ SOPs, ensuring use of PPEs and SPEs. Eligible bidders must have completed at least two projects of similar nature costing Rs. 1.0 million or more in the last five years, demonstrate financial capability of Rs. 0.75 million or above, and be registered with FBR. Bid security of Rs. 40,000 is required. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:30 AM. The contract duration is 120 days from commencement.
