Pre-Qualification of Firms/Workshops/Contractors for Repair and Maintenance of Office Machinery, Equipment and Hardware

The Accountant General Pakistan Revenues (AGPR) Islamabad is inviting bids for the pre-qualification of firms, workshops, and contractors specializing in the repair and maintenance of office machinery, equipment, and hardware. Bidders must demonstrate technical competence, financial resources, and relevant experience, including at least five years of general experience and assignments with at least three government departments in the last three years. A bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 180,000 is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal by Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical and financial bids will be evaluated using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method.
