Tender Description
National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Multan invites proposals for pre-qualification of firms and vendors registered with the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) version 2.0 for various repair and maintenance works during the Financial Year 2026-2027. The scope includes repair and maintenance of official vehicles of different makes such as Suzuki, Toyota, ISUZU, and Honda; repair and maintenance of hardware and IT equipment including computers, laptops, printers, LCD/LEDs, network switches, and servers; repair and maintenance of plant and machinery such as photocopier machines, fax machines, UPS, paper shredders, split ACs, fans, and other machinery and electronic items; and repair and maintenance of furniture and fixture items including revolving chairs, visitor chairs, tables, metal almirahs, and file cabinets. Interested firms must provide valid registration proof with EPADS 2.0 and have physical offices or workshops in Multan. An affidavit on stamp paper of Rs.100/- confirming no litigation or blacklisting is required. Genuine parts must be installed with warranty obligations.
Additionally, NAB Multan intends to purchase stationery, other items, advertisement, souvenir and training items, and tyres for official vehicles for the financial year 2026-2027 through open competitive bidding under PPRA rules 36(a) Single Stage - One Envelope procedure. Items being procured include a comprehensive list of stationery such as paper reams (A4 and legal sizes), pens, pencils, envelopes, folders, registers, calculators, toners for printers and fax machines, staplers, transparent tapes, sticky notes, and many more. Other items include soaps, antiseptics, sanitizers, air fresheners, tissue boxes, locks, insect killer sprays, LED bulbs, electric sockets, plastic buckets, batteries, fans capacitors, UPS batteries, walkie talkie sets, and various cleaning and office supplies. Souvenir and advertisement items include shields, caps, key chains, ballpoint pens, t-shirts, mugs, cotton bags, cloth banners, leather bags, drafting pads, and rexene folders all with NAB logos and slogans. Tyres of various sizes for official vehicles such as Toyota, Suzuki, ISUZU, and others are also required.
The technical scope covers repair and maintenance services at NAB Multan premises and supply of quality stationery, advertisement, souvenir items, and tyres. Firms must be registered with GST, NTN, and have updated bank accounts. Earnest money in the form of 2% call deposit is required. Bids must be submitted online through e-PADS; hard copies will not be accepted. The last date for submission is 28 August 2026 by 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. NAB reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal as per PPRA rules. A grievance redressal committee will address complaints within seven days after bid evaluation announcement.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required documents including EPADS registration, GST, NTN, affidavit of non-blacklisting, and earnest money are complete and submitted timely through the e-PADS portal to avoid disqualification. Also, providing samples for stationery items as required will strengthen the bid. Maintaining a physical office or workshop in Multan is essential for repair and maintenance services eligibility.
