Procurement of Mobile Phones for Ambulance and Operational Staff (Framework Contract) by Sindh Integrated Emergency and Health Services Karachi

Sindh Integrated Emergency and Health Services (SIEHS) Karachi invites bids electronically through the EPADS portal for the procurement of mobile phones for ambulance and operational staff under a framework contract for the fiscal year 2026-2027. The procurement includes brand new, original, factory-sealed, PTA-approved mobile phones suitable for official use, with a minimum one-year brand warranty. Items being procured: - Android Mobile Phones Category A: 128 GB Storage / 4 GB RAM (10 units) - Android Mobile Phones Category B: 128 GB Storage / 6 GB RAM (25 units) - Android Mobile Phones Category C: 256 GB Storage / 8 GB RAM (12 units) - Keypad Mobile Phones Category G: 500MB/1GB Storage / 1 GB RAM (123 units) - Android Mobile Phones Category F: 512/256 GB Storage / 8/12 GB RAM (2 units) The technical scope covers minimum specifications including 4G/5G connectivity, minimum 6.4 inch HD+/FHD+ displays, 50 MP cameras, 5000 mAh batteries, and original manufacturer accessories. The supplier must ensure PTA approval and provide IMEI details for all devices. Warranty support and after-sales service through authorized brand networks are mandatory. Eligible bidders must be registered with federal/provincial tax authorities, be authorized dealers or suppliers, and not blacklisted. Bid security of Rs. 108,170 is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 26th October 2026 at 11:30 AM, with hardcopy pay order submitted to SIEHS office in Karachi. The procurement follows Single Stage One Envelope procedure under SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended). The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder.
