Pre-Qualification for Repair and Maintenance Workshops, Hardware, IT Equipment, Plant & Machinery, Furniture

Project Invest Pakistan, Islamabad, under the Special Investment Facilitation Council Division, invites sealed bids and proposals from reputed contractors, suppliers, firms, and workshops registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. Eligible bidders must have their own workshops, stocks, manpower, and expertise in Rawalpindi/Islamabad for pre-qualification of various repair and maintenance services during the Financial Year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Pre-qualification of workshops for repair and maintenance of different makes and models of vehicles and motorcycles - Repair and maintenance of all types of hardware and IT equipment - Repair and maintenance of plant and machinery items - Repair and maintenance of furniture and fixtures The scope covers repair and maintenance services for a diverse range of equipment and assets, requiring bidders to demonstrate relevant experience and capability. Interested parties must hold valid NTN, GST, Vendor Number, and active tax payer certificates issued by FBR. Tender documents can be obtained in hard form from the Project Invest Pakistan office at the Prime Minister's office. Bids must be submitted in hard copy by 1100 hours on 6th October 2026. The technical and financial bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day at the Prime Minister's office, room 233-B, Project Invest Pakistan (Special Investment Facilitation Council Division). The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals and to distribute business among bidders in accordance with Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
