Tender Description
The Federal Government Organization (FGO), AJK Regional HQs, Muzaffarabad (Intelligence Bureau (IB) Division) invites pre-qualification applications for the repair of transport vehicles. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to pre-qualify suppliers who can provide repair services for transport as per the contract reference P74683. The pre-qualification process is open to all national applicants who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the pre-qualification documents.

- Repair of Transport vehicles
The scope includes on-demand repair services for transport assets managed by the department. Interested applicants must demonstrate relevant experience, financial capacity, and technical qualifications as specified in the pre-qualification documents. Eligibility requires valid registration with FBR, inclusion in the Active Taxpayer List, and no blacklisting or litigation history. Applicants may apply individually or as joint ventures, with clear rules on joint venture formation and representation.
Applications must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by **September 2, 2026, 10:30 AM**. Late or manual submissions will not be accepted. The opening of applications will occur on the same day at 11:00 AM via EPADS. A pre-application meeting and pre-bid meeting are scheduled for August 24 and August 26, 2026, respectively, at the department's office in Muzaffarabad.
