Pre-Qualification for Repair of Vehicles, Motorbikes, Furniture & Fixture, Plant & Machinery, Computers, Printers, IT Equipment, and Office Building Maintenance for FY 2026-27

Workshops must be equipped with modern tools and gadgets for minor and major repairs, servicing, and tune-ups. Firms must provide genuine spare parts and offer warranties on replaced or repaired items. Preventive maintenance services including oil changes, brake pads, battery inspections, and wheel alignment are also part of the scope. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, active Sales Tax registration on the FBR Active Taxpayer List, vendor numbers, and a security deposit of Rs. 500,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order. Firms must have a proper setup in Islamabad/Rawalpindi and demonstrate managerial and technical capability. A list of five clients from different ministries or departments, bank statements for one year, and verified income tax returns for three years are required. The tender closing date is **21-08-2026** with bid opening on the same day. Bids must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal as per PPRA regulations.
