Pre-Qualification for Repairing, Denting, Painting, AC Works, Spare Parts, Tyres and Batteries, and Repair/Maintenance of Motorcycles for Ministry of Narcotics Control Punjab

The Ministry of Narcotics Control Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force Punjab Lahore invites pre-qualification proposals from well-established contractors, firms, and companies for the fiscal year 2026/2027. The scope includes repairing, denting, painting, AC works, provision of spare parts, tyres and batteries for vehicles (LTV & HTV), and repair/maintenance of motorcycles. This procurement is specifically for the Ministry of Narcotics Control Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force Punjab located in Lahore Cantt. Items being procured: - Repairing, denting, painting works - AC works - Provision of spare parts for vehicles - Tyres and batteries for LTV and HTV vehicles - Repair and maintenance of motorcycles The technical scope requires contractors to have sound financial position, relevant experience of at least five years, and details of equipment, machinery, and labor held. Firms must not be blacklisted and should provide a bank guarantee. Registration certificates from government departments and FBR registration are mandatory. Proposals must be submitted by 1000 hrs on or before 14 September 2026. Applications received after 1000 hrs on 15 September 2026 will not be accepted. Proposals will be opened in the presence of representatives from firms on 01 August 2026 at 1100 hrs.
