Pre-Qualification of Supply and Services Companies/Firms/AoPs/Sole Proprietors/JV(s) of Solar Systems to Operate HEIS under Transformation of Agriculture in Thal

The Government of Punjab invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification of supply and services companies, firms, AoPs, sole proprietors, and joint ventures with proven competence and experience in installation of Solar Systems. This is under the ADP-funded project titled "Transformation of Agriculture in Thal" for the years 2026-27 to 2028-29, covering districts Bhakkar, Layyah, Mianwali, Jhang, Muzaffargarh, and Kot Addu. The project includes installation of Solar coupled High Efficiency Irrigation Systems (HEIS) on 11,000 acres on cost sharing basis, solar coupled drip irrigation systems on 10,000 acres, and solar powered sprinkler irrigation systems on 1,000 acres. Interested firms must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and meet the criteria in the Pre-Qualification Document (PQD), which can be downloaded from the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites free of cost. EOIs must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System only by 16-11-2026 at 03:00 PM. Late submissions will not be entertained. EOIs will be publicly opened on the same day at 03:30 PM in the Committee Room of Agriculture Department Lahore. Applicants should provide relevant and complete information specific to the assignment and avoid submitting generic documents. Any misinformation or forged statements will lead to disqualification.
