Fauji Foundation invites pre-qualification applications from well reputed firms and companies for issuance of tenders related to specialized Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) works. The scope includes HVAC (Central Air Conditioning), Medical Gasses System, Elevators, UPS authorized dealers, External Electrification including Transformer, Genset, HT & LT Switchgears, and Building Management System. Items being procured: - HVAC (Central Air Conditioning) - Medical Gasses System - Elevators - UPS authorized dealers - External Electrification (Transformer, Genset, HT & LT Switchgears) - Building Management System Interested firms must hold valid PEC licenses in relevant categories and submit detailed profiles or brochures by the deadline of 30 October 2026. Required documentation includes valid PEC registration, FBR/NTN certificates, firm registration/location, project history for last 5 years, ongoing projects, original affidavit of non-blacklisting, technical staff list with experience, equipment and machinery details, enlistment with other organizations, ISO certification if any, registration with Provincial Revenue Authorities (PRA, KPRA, BRA, SRA), and authorized dealership of equipment such as UPS, HVAC, and Genset. Applications must be submitted to the office of General Manager (Works), Fauji Foundation Head Office, 68 Tipu Road, Chaklala, Rawalpindi. Late submissions will not be accepted.
