Pre-Qualification for Supply of Asf BNB Sukkur Goods by Airport Security Force (ASF) Sukkur

The Airport Security Force (ASF) invites pre-qualification applications from eligible suppliers for the on-demand supply of goods for the Asf BNB Sukkur project located at BNB Airport, Pano Aqil, Sukkur, Sindh. This pre-qualification is intended to shortlist capable suppliers who will be eligible to participate in subsequent bidding processes and contract agreements for the fiscal year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Specific item list not provided in the notice. The scope includes supply of goods and related services incidental thereto as specified in the Prequalification Documents accessible via EPADS v2.0. Interested applicants must meet eligibility criteria including active FBR registration, NTN, and GST compliance. The procurement process follows a National Single Stage-One Envelope method with technical and financial evaluation criteria. Applicants must submit their applications electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Friday, August 21, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Late or manual submissions will not be entertained. The technical bid opening will occur the same day at 11:50 AM via EPADS. A pre-application meeting for clarifications is scheduled for August 18, 2026.
