Pre-Qualification for Supply of Stationery Items by Northern Punjab Circle Pakistan Post Rawalpindi

The Postmaster General, Northern Punjab Circle, Rawalpindi invites applications from interested applicants registered with Income Tax Department and Sales Tax Department for supply of stationery items under Open framework agreement. Items being procured: - Stationery items (specific list not provided in the notice). Pre-qualification documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on e-PADS and PPRA websites (www.epads.gov.pk, www.ppra.gov.pk). Applications must be submitted through e-PADS version 2.0 on or before 14th October 2026, 11:00 AM which will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids is not allowed. Notification of Grievance redressal Committee is available on e-PADS. Bidders must ensure valid registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The use of e-PADS portal for submission is mandatory. Timely submission before the deadline is critical to avoid disqualification. Contact the Asstt.
