Expression of Interest for Pre-Qualification as Surveyor on Trading Corporation of Pakistan's Panel

The Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Limited (TCP), a state-owned commercial organization under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, invites bids for pre-qualification of Surveyor firms to be included on TCP's panel. Firms must have a minimum of five years relevant experience, be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and be active taxpayers. Evaluation criteria include possession of a valid Marine Survey license, employment of at least one Master Mariner, and scoring a minimum of 60 out of 100 marks based on experience, financial position, and company presentation. Interested applicants can purchase pre-qualification documents for PKR 2,000 from TCP's office at 4th & 5th Floor, Block B, Finance & Trade Center, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi until 11:00 hours on August 31, 2026. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the TCP tender box by 11:30 hours on August 31, 2026, with opening at 12:00 hours the same day in the TCP Board Room.
