Pre-Qualification of Surveyors on TCP's Panel for Survey of Bulk, Break Bulk and Containerized Cargo

Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP) Karachi, a state-owned commercial organization under Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, invites bids for pre-qualification on TCP's panel from certified firms/companies registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and other relevant authorities. Applicants must have active tax status and minimum five years' experience in Survey of bulk, break bulk and containerized cargo of commodities like sugar, urea, wheat, soybeans, etc. Items being procured: - Pre-qualification as Surveyor on TCP's panel for Survey of bulk, break bulk and containerized cargo of sugar, urea, wheat, soybeans The prequalification is for Survey Agency companies having relevant experience and valid Marine license for operations at Karachi Port, Port Bin Qasim, and Gwadar Ports. Successful bidders will be called for contracts and framework agreements for a period of two years from September 2026 to September 2028. Pre-qualification documents with detailed terms, bid security, bid validity, and submission procedures can be obtained from TCP office during 0830 to 1630 hours. Tender documents can be purchased upon payment of PKR 2,000 from 0830 to 1630 hours except Saturday and Sunday, till 1100 hours on August 31, 2026. Applicants must fulfill eligibility criteria including tax registration and experience. Only prequalified applicants will be invited to participate in procurement proceedings. The process aims to establish a panel of surveyors for TCP's ongoing and future cargo survey requirements.
