Interested bidders must collect pre-qualification documents through the SAP Ariba portal starting from 02 November 2026 between 08:30 AM and 02:15 PM. The deadline for submission of documents via SAP Ariba is 18 November 2026 till 02:15 PM, with bid opening scheduled on the same day at 03:00 PM onwards. Bidders are advised to register on the SAP Ariba portal if not already registered to participate in this and future PSO tenders.
