National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids through PPRA E-PADS for the preparation of Cold Storage Complete Temperature Rang 2-8° C along with IP Preparation and Storage for Clinical Trail Unit (CTU) at CMH Rawalpindi. This procurement is specifically for Cold Storage Complete Temperature Rang 2-8° C along with IP Preparation and Storage for Clinical Trail Unit (CTU), CMH Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Cold Storage Complete Temperature Rang 2-8° C - IP Preparation and Storage for Clinical Trail Unit (CTU) The scope includes preparation of cold storage facilities maintaining temperature between 2-8° C along with IP preparation and storage for the Clinical Trail Unit at CMH Rawalpindi. Bidders must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in similar projects in public or private sector organizations or institutes. Registration with relevant tax authorities and inclusion on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for GST and Income Tax is mandatory. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the total bid value is required in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of NUMS (NTN # 9010197-0). Bidding documents can be obtained upon submission of a non-refundable Pay Order/Demand Draft of PKR 3,000 in favor of NUMS (NTN # 9010197-0). Bidders must submit their Technical and Financial Proposals in a single envelope. The last date for submission of bids is Thursday, 17th September 2023 by 0930 hours. Proposals will be opened the same day at or after 1000 hours in the Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adyala Road (Opposite APS Humayun Road), Rawalpindi, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late, incomplete, or emailed/faxed bids will not be entertained. The bidding process will be conducted through PPRA E-PADS, and bidders must ensure registration on the EPADS portal for participation. NUMS reserves the right to increase or decrease the scope or quantities as per requirement and to accept or reject any or all bids or cancel the tendering process at any stage in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004.
