Prequalification of Firms for Civil and Miscellaneous Works at TDAP Lahore Office

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) invites prequalification applications from eligible firms for civil and miscellaneous works at its Lahore office. This prequalification aims to identify capable contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, or other relevant revenue authorities. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and related regulations. Items being procured: - Civil works - Miscellaneous works The scope includes various civil and related miscellaneous works at the TDAP Lahore office. Firms must submit a non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 5,000 via Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft in favor of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at www.vendors.epads.gov.pk by Friday, September 04, 2026, 11:00 AM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Eligibility requires valid registration with relevant tax authorities and compliance with PEC categories as applicable. TDAP reserves the right to reject any or all bids and annul the bidding process as per procurement rules. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the EPADS submission process and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
