Prequalification of Contractors for Revamping OPD at Mayo Hospital and Construction of Punjab Institute of Parliamentary Studies & Research at Pipal House Lahore

The 5th Buildings Division Lahore invites applications for prequalification of contractors through E-tendering under Notification No. SOH-I(C&W)1-49/2023/3652 dated 26.05.2026. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026-27 and have relevant experience executing similar public sector works. Items being procured: - Revamping of OPD at Mayo Hospital, Lahore with an approximate cost of Rs. 3616.055 Million - Construction of Punjab Institute of Parliamentary Studies & Research at Pipal House, Lahore with an approximate cost of Rs. 1330.000 Million The scope includes extensive civil works for hospital and institutional buildings in Lahore. Contractors must meet PEC category requirements: C-B or above for the OPD revamping and C-1 or above for the Punjab Institute construction. Registration on the E-Procurement Portal System at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk is mandatory. Prequalification documents detailing evaluation criteria, terms, and conditions are available on the portal. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The closing date for submission of RFP/prequalification documents on the E-Procurement Portal is 20.10.2026 till closing office hours. For further information, contact the office before 17.10.2026. Only pre-qualified firms will be invited to participate in the subsequent tendering process. Earnest Money and other bid securities must comply with PPRA rules.
