Gujrat Waste Management Company (GtWMC) invites E-bids through EPADS from eligible, well reputed and financially sound firms, contractors, or companies enlisted with relevant departments and registered on EPADS with relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA, and Professional Tax where applicable. Bidders must also be registered with PEC in the relevant category codes. The procurement is for the Current Financial Year Budget 2026-2027 @ MRS 2nd Biannual 2026 District Gujrat. Items being procured: - Providing and fixing of tempered glass with aluminium frame at office Gujrat Waste Management Company (GtWMC), District Gujrat The technical scope includes supply and installation of tempered glass with aluminium framing at the GtWMC office premises. The project requires adherence to quality standards and timely completion. Firms must have a valid PEC license in the relevant category and attach valid income tax certificates and active status with FBR and PRA. A fresh affidavit confirming the bidder/firm is neither blacklisted nor involved in litigation must be submitted. Bids will be received and opened on 19/10/2026 with submission of original CDR by 11:00 AM and e-bids submission by 10:00 AM. The opening of e-bids will be at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bid security is 5% of the estimated cost amounting to PKR 311,256 and must be attached with the bid. The procurement will be conducted through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. All interested applicants must be registered on EPADS to be eligible.
